Oil change and check up I was about to head off into the desert, so I appreciated it that Certified Benz and Beamer could fit me in before I left for my road trip. They had run out of loaner cars, but he made sure I got a shuttle home so I wouldn’t have to wait for my car to be done on site. I have my car back now, and it runs great. They even washed the outside of it for me. Good job guys! More

Had first experience with CBB service department late April 2019 for unexpected repair and was so pleased, I returned for standard oil change. Was helped by Collin Moore this visit. Like carbon copy of initial contact in that I, once again, received exceedingly friendly, professional and efficient service at reasonable cost. Doubt anyone looks forward to the mundane prospect of servicing and repairing their vehicles. However, this is the least painful choice I've found. Will continue to bring our cars to CBB as required for our repair and/or maintenance needs. More

Purchased Mercedes and after 3 weeks had an issue with a couple of wheels....I went in hoping to get info on getting name of wholesale wheel company s Purchased Mercedes and after 3 weeks had an issue with a couple of wheels....I went in hoping to get info on getting name of wholesale wheel company since usually cars are "as is" but was super surprised when I was told I could pick any 4 wheels and they would pick up the tab and put them on! Wow....if that isn't customer service I don't know what is. This place is amazing!! Thanks for the beautiful wheels on my beautiful Benz! More
