Miller time I have become a fan of Benz and Beemer for a few years now. They are stand up for people who are always looking to be fair. Michael Miller is my service advisor and even when he gives me bad news I feel good . I truly appreciate the way I am treated every time I walk through the door. Great to buy from not for servicing I took my X1 in for an oil change and detail. I received a loaner car during the service appointment so I could go about my day. Highly recommended dealer!!! I will absolutely shop for our next used car at Certified Benz and Beemer. They truly have earned my repeat business. My wife and I are still extreme I will absolutely shop for our next used car at Certified Benz and Beemer. They truly have earned my repeat business. My wife and I are still extremely happy with our purchased 328i, and I have been very happy with the service I have received from Collin in the Service Department. Additionally, Travis, the Finance Director, has gone above and beyond what any customer could expect to make sure customers are very well taken care of. I don’t want to question anyone’s possible negative experience they might have had at CBB, but I really have to wonder if someone’s possible negative experience was outrageous or self inflicted because the CBB team really does go above and beyond for their customer’s. My father was in the automotive sales business for a number of years eventually a VP at Jim Click Ford and then moving on to co-own used car dealerships and he has been extremely impressed with how CBB has treated myself and my family. I really can’t say enough of how impressed I am with their sales team, with Collin in Service, and Travis in Finance. I really do owe them my repeat business and I will be glad to give it to them. I highly recommend CBB for anyone’s used car buying needs. You’ll be getting a quality automobile and quality customer service. More

Fabulous Service I recently took my new Mercedes C63 in to install window tint and check the alignment. Mike was extremely thoughtful in having a loaner car ready fo I recently took my new Mercedes C63 in to install window tint and check the alignment. Mike was extremely thoughtful in having a loaner car ready for me when I arrived. So much so that it was in their driveway running with the heat so the car was warm for me on a very very cold day in Scottsdale. Mike provided me with updates on their progress throughout the day and when I picked it up the car looked amazing!
