They fixed the issues at hand and explained everything to me so that I could understand it. I was extremely satisfied when I left because I felt like, even though I am a female customer, I wasn’t being taken advantage of, but they cared about my concerns and wanted me to understand completely. I would highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer and will more-than-likely come back here in a couple of years to trade in my BMW for a newer model. Worth the drive from wherever your from Jack the owner has always been about the customer service sense I met him in his original Mesa store! I recently went in for my scheduled maintenance Jack the owner has always been about the customer service sense I met him in his original Mesa store! I recently went in for my scheduled maintenance on my car and it was cheaper by far than any other certified ( or non certified) dealer in the valley. The tech was super nice and ran through the inspections with my self and the service advisor and they where very thorough. I did deal with one salesman witch wasn't the best experience besides that every experience at the dealership was pleasant. More

Great Customer Service Collin Moore is a great service coordinator. He was able to help me with every concern that I have had. I brought my Beemer in only to find out that Collin Moore is a great service coordinator. He was able to help me with every concern that I have had. I brought my Beemer in only to find out that it was no longer under warranty. He discussed my option with me. I inquired about obtaining a new extended warranty. He called the finance department without me even asking. I got a call back from both of them the same day!!! Thanks for taking care of me guys!!!! More

And I have to say every time I go in I feel extremely welcomed and treated like family. My go-to guy is Mike Miller in the service department, I can call him at any time and he will always be there to help- rather it be a simple question or something totally random. This is the only place I feel 100% confident bringing my cars into to get serviced. More
