I read the reviews and didn’t listen, so I still decided to give this dealership a try, but I regret not listening to the reviews. Please do not come here and waste your time. This dealership is extremely rude and is out to get your money. The representatives are not knowledgeable of certain aspects and information on some vehicles. The good google reviews this dealership has are fake. The finance manager Phil is extremely disrespectful and is a big butthole with his uneven artificial veneers and stink breath. His name may be Phil or he may have given me a fake name since they love to lie here so much and since his customer service rating is below zero. But Phil is a Black brother or what ever his name is, who is also another finance manager with a meat head, a gym rat build, and very heavy set build with muscular with stocky muscles. He would lie to you straight through his teeth. He was very unprofessional and rude and I still managed to professionally defeat him with kindness. He will also try to say things to belittle you if your intelligent than him and he when he knows he can’t reel you in to his schemes. Pay attention and please don’t listen to Phil’s unrealistic analogies, he just wants your funds. Geez I wish Phill would reflect the same amount of effort into his customer service skills than he does into making his muscles larger. His customer services skills needs to be packed up and thrown in the trashcan. Anywho I came here on 06/23/23 to test drive the white used 2020 Honda Accord sport 1.5T which was extremely dirty. The car had old food in the backseat and spilled soda in the front of the compartment. The carsales lady was even speechless when she saw how dirty the car was. The car was priced online for $17,980 and towards the ending of the deal the price surprisingly became $24,480 and after taxes and fee’s the final price was at $31K. When I first called the dealership a day before, I spoke with Phil who was rude even on the phone then, he said I didn’t have to put anything down due to my excellent credit score. I stated to the saleslady Jojo I would put down $2K and she told me it did not matter how much money I put down. Towards the end of the deal Phill wanted me to put $7K down, which was extremely suspicious. Jojo was nice but kept saying to me if you buy the car you have to leave with it today. Jojo said that to me about 7 times. I told her I drove here by myself and did not have anyone to help me pick up the new car up until the next morning. The dealer never addressed this to me before I decided to come in but I know this is a tactic that is used to pressure you into buying the car. I drove all the way from North Jersey and sat in traffic for this dealership just to waste my time. Once again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING TO THIS DEALERSHIP. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. More

A pro master extended version was purchase on 8/4/2022. Two days later when using the van for business purposes the check engine light came on. Brought it back to the location got it. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Clean and attentive, however they charge a $6000 “certification fee” and when I asked what it gave me, they gave the government mandated warranty length for a vehicle of that mileage.
