Excellent service but, I have been to ford city several times for service work (oil changes,recall repairs etc.) the staff is always friendly and professional and the work h I have been to ford city several times for service work (oil changes,recall repairs etc.) the staff is always friendly and professional and the work has always been completed in a reasonable amount of time and to my satisfaction. One of the perks at ford city is that they will give you the option of washing and vacuuming out your vehicle after the service is completed. On my last visit 12/26/18 the service was performed satisfactorily as usual however the wash was not. When I received the car after washing, the tires were still caked in mud and it was obvious the inside had not been vacuumed. I appreciate this extra service ford city offers there customers. I hope next time they do a better job of this particular service. More

oil change/ tire rotation Went in for my 2nd oil change and tire rotation on my Explorer which is brand new and has less than 12,000 miles on it. When I went to pick it up I was told that my tires were basically bald!! the company that makes the tires was only going to do a partial replacement!!! The service manager Derrick was very helpful and got me better tires for free!! I will be back in the future for inspections and oil changes in the future More
