Always a good experience I've been bringing my Mustang to Ford City for regular maintenance since I bought it new in 2013. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is clean and comfortable and accommodating, although on this last visit the specialty coffee machine was out of order. The items on the checklist are explained clearly. WiFi is also available. And if you're a car guy/gal there is a showroom filled with Ford cars and usually a vintage one also. More
