Wonderful detail service, Dan and his team are excellent! I am so impressed and thankful for the service I received at Champaign Ford City. He was able to take my car in on short notice, called me with an estimate that morning before starting the work, and kept in contact with me all day regarding when he would be done and my car would be ready to pick up. Having recently moved to Champaign, this was my first visit to Ford City, and it will not be my last. Thank you for your great service, Dan, you were wonderful to work with! Excellent service as always with one exception I took my 2015 f-150 xlt in for a oil change on 12/13/17. I did not need to make an appointment and they had the service done in about 1.5 hrs. About one hour into the service the service rep showed me the old cabin filter which was very dirty and ask if I would like to have a new one installed. I said yes. When I went to pay the bill I found out the cost to have the new filter installed was $49.98. I thought this was a bit excessive. I should have asked what the cost would be to install the new filter. Had I known it would be $49.98 I doubt I would have ok’d it. But that was my mistake. I think I could have installed the filter myself for much less. More
