Good service provided a Lincoln loaner car as indicated while performing work and I was very satisfied. Trade in and purchase of new vehicle I came into Ford City to look at the F150 truck. Great Service I had purchased our Ford Transit from Ford City in 2013 and had used it on a contract delivery route through the winter of 2013 / 2014, The Transit di I had purchased our Ford Transit from Ford City in 2013 and had used it on a contract delivery route through the winter of 2013 / 2014, The Transit did a great job, but we got very discouraged because of the weather; so we stop delivering the 1st of April. A/C issue took some time but they treated me right. My 2010 Merc Mariner has had a ongoing A/C problem and the folks at Ford City really struggled to get to the bottom of this over several visits.
