We found a nail in the tire, which they said they would fix. They did fix it, but before we got home, the tire pressure light was on. I'm not sure if it was the same tire or not. I made the assumption, that before they sent the vehicle home with us, a general check would be done on the vehicle and that the check would include checking air pressure in the tires and adding air if needed. That was disappointing. My next assumption was also in regard to what should have been done to prep the vehicle. I assumed that it would have fresh oil and filter. However, after we drove off the lot, I noticed that the oil change sticker showed a date/mileage time frame that was long expired. The truck is not under warranty, and it was made clear to me by the person at the dealership who did the financing that anything that happened or I noticed after I drove off the lot was my responsibility. This was presented in an unpleasant way. The lesson for me is to remember to ask for everything in advance, even those things that I just assume a good dealership would do automatically. More
