Matt and the Ford City team went above and beyond to provide a quality experience! Matt worked with me to keep the purchase within my budget, including taxes and dealer doc. fees. I purchased the vehicle from out of state and the team emailed all the info and phoned often to ensure I had what I needed. Matt even picked me up at the train station in my truck! The whole team stayed beyond "normal" business hours to enable me to test drive and do a thorough inspection. After all of that, Matt demonstrated the spare tire operation and set me up for the long drive home with a full tank of gas and new windshield wiper blades. After the sale, they checked to make sure I made it back to my home state and was still satisfied with the performance of the truck. I highly recommend Matt Russel and the Ford City team for your new or used vehicle purchase. More

Bought a Flex from Ford City on the supplier pricing program. Got a fair price for my trade. Salesperson was knowledgable about the how to use all the toys on the car. Loan department found me a lower program. Got a fair price for my trade. Salesperson was knowledgable about the how to use all the toys on the car. Loan department found me a lower rate than I could get from my bank. I like all of the free services that I get with the car (oil changes, Owner service program, and tires program.) I have bought from their other stores and had good service and I am sure that I will get the same here. More
