I brought in my 2020 Chevy Tahoe I was Brought in by a tow truck. I did make an appointment earlier before I got there and my service technician was John A I arrived at the dealership on Monday 28 2023 . tow truck. I called back on the 29th and they said they would have someone get back to me John did get back to me and told me my car is done. Went and picked the car up on the 23rd at 7:30 AM to get on the road early since we live 3 1/2 hours away. We got home made it safely then I noticed I custom pinstriping was coming off so I called John and left a message and he did call me back I explain to him that I did make it home safely thank you very much for getting the car done so quick but I have one problem the pinstriping is coming off I asked him if he could talk to The detailer He said he would check into it he asked what happened I said my custom pinstriping that I put on which cost me $500 it’s coming off how do they wash the car I asked he explained to me that they pressure wash it that’s what could’ve happened he said he explained to me next time don’t get your car washed and then it won’t happen again and he said thank you have a good day and hung up My name is Lester Lyndon Gardiner my cell phone number is 916-398-1152 More
