This dealership was absolutely wonderful when my father purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling purchased his new Cadillac. He is an older gentleman and they treated him with kindness and respect. After his purchase he received a call telling him that he could receive some acessories for the car without charge. He accepted and when he asked why he had gotten these acessories he was told that they had been ordered for the car he purchased before it was sold. Instead of putting these items back to be sold they offered to give them to him since they were for the car he purchased anyway. Many dealers would not do this. It is refreshing to see salesmen and managers who sincerely care about making their customers happy. Not only did they sell my parents a new car, but they actually thought about them after they purchased the vehicle. These actions are what brings in repeat business and new business as well. Also I would like one with manual windows and locks. A cheaper version for the common man. Not everybody wants all these fancy items. I am not getting the gas milage quoted yet but I know it has to break in a little before it is running at peak performance. Overall I was pleased with my experiance. More

Having been through all the above information, we made an offer on our return. The offer was accepted and we went back the next morning and took the car home.
