We dealt with salesman Tom Lyman. My husband and I were dead set on getting a 2008 Chevy Equinox. It takes us a while to make a big decision, so Tom let us keep the car overnight. However, I had also been looking at a 2008 Ford Edge at a different dealership. We test drove that car and I decided that I liked it better than the Equinox. So, we took the Equinox back to Champion Chevrolet and let Tom in on what was going on. My husband and I went to 3 (far too many) dealerships for the Ford Edge and we were so upset with those dealership's customer service compared to Champion Chevrolet's that we said "forget it" about getting an Edge. We went back on a Monday to Champion Chevrolet to talk to Tom about a few different cars and we ended up getting a brand new 2011 Chevy Traverse well within the budget that we talked to Tom about. It was a great experience at Champion Chevrolet with Tom and the whole team. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying a new or used car!!! More

We asked a reasonable price for our trade, they accepted, and gave us a very fair price on our new car. The finance dept. was just as nice and the entire process was fast and painless!
