The last couple of time I have came in on Saturday demand was high for oil changes but staffing was low. The employees said they were booked for the next few weeks. The dealer might consider staffing up on Saturday oil changes instead of turning away customers. You might not get the second chance. More

Both sales reps were easy to work with. Our first day out with Andrea the vehicle wouldn’t start, but she made sure it was ready for the next day to test drive. Since she wasn’t in that next day, David was n with Andrea the vehicle wouldn’t start, but she made sure it was ready for the next day to test drive. Since she wasn’t in that next day, David was nice of enough to test drive 3 different trucks for 2hrs. On the third day we were able to walk with two quality vehicles. More
