Very comfortable experience Mack was our sales rep. My wife and I came in responding to a mailer we got referring to 0% loans. Even though we wanted to downsize from my wife's Mack was our sales rep. My wife and I came in responding to a mailer we got referring to 0% loans. Even though we wanted to downsize from my wife's 2017 Equinox, Mack was very patient with us, giving us a Trax and a Malibu to check out. We test drove and really liked the Malibu, however we wanted the Premier trim package, and there was not one at Champion. Mack tracked one down in the color my wife wanted that turned out to be an executive car with quite a few miles on it. He then tracked down another one with fewer miles in a different color, but my wife really liked it. We ended up doing a lease on the car. Mack was great to work with, and we were very pleased. Jenni handled the closing, and was very professional, even if her equipment didn't cooperate. More
