ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE IS, AFTER YOU DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT IS THE SERVICE DEPT. I COULD TELL YOU FROM 40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE LIVING IN NEW YORK, ILLINOIS, & NOW LIVING IN INDIANA FOR THE PAST 11 YEARS. DUGAN'S SERVICE DEPT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST PROFESSIONAL & CARING. SERVICE MANAGER DIANE WATERMAN IS ANOTHER ASSET TO DUGAN FOR ALWAYS BEING SO PATIENT & GETTING THE JOB DONE. IT ALL COMES DOWN TO HOW THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS. BEWARE of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I just moved to Avon. I took my truck to Dugan after being impressed over the phone with the service department. After charging me a diagnostic fee of $102 they told me it w took my truck to Dugan after being impressed over the phone with the service department. After charging me a diagnostic fee of $102 they told me it was a known issue with my year and model and there was a recall but it was out of warranty but they would be happy to fix it for $4000-5000! Upon suggestion of an Andy Mohr FORD service manager, I took the truck to Andy Mohr Chevrolet. As SOON as I pulled up with white smoke billowing out of my truck they said is that a 2004. Known issue. Even though I was slightly out of warranty they went the extra mile to negotiate with GM because of my low mileage and fixed my truck for free, courtesy of GM. GM will pay for diagnostics on a known issue and they suggested I ask for my money back from Dugan. OF COURSE Dugan kept the only $102 I will ever pay them! They dropped the ball and never picked up the phone to call GM which would have cost me $5000 just because THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! More

I purchased a used Corvette from Dugan. I'm a Canadian and had been searching for almost 2 years. When I contacted Dugan I corresponded with Jennifer Lee from their internet marketing and then was met by and had been searching for almost 2 years. When I contacted Dugan I corresponded with Jennifer Lee from their internet marketing and then was met by Gary Thompson (sales) at the airport. I was introduced to the owner, JR Dugan. The car was already up on a jack in the shop so I could check it out - a mechanic came over to lend me a flashlight. I ended up have a lot of correspondance with Rusty Lasley - the finance guy. We made the deal on December 13th 2011. The car got to me in Canada about a month later. The hold was getting the wire transfers of money set up and cross border logistics; certainly not Dugan's team that delayed this. They were very patient. We had a little glitch in getting the second remote / key fob to me but Dugan made sure all was right in the end. These guys are good!. Everyone has been so professional, responsive and courteous to deal with They're honest, deal straight, have great values as a company and have left me wishing they were in my home town in Canada. I may just drive to Dugan for Servicing this summer. By the way, the car is excellent. I'll proudly keep that Dugan sign on the back of my 'Vette! More

After our first visit with Aaron, I specifically went back to buy from him because out of all the salespeople we visited, he was the most thorough and didn't use jargon. He seemed to find that perfect ba back to buy from him because out of all the salespeople we visited, he was the most thorough and didn't use jargon. He seemed to find that perfect balance of respecting the customer while assuming the customer knows nothing. He even stayed late to accommodate our schedule and never rushed us through the delivery. He remained very neutral and the husband and I disagreed, and he worked hard to find the car I wanted when I didn't settle for one on the lot. I will recommend him & Dugan to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More
I can not begin to say enough great things about these two people. Both Tom and Laura take the time to explain everything. It is a little out of the way for my wife and I, but with the service that they offer it is well worth the time to do business with them. They make you feel welcome and never talk down to a customer. My biggest gripe is with the salesperson, Tom Belledin. He was impersonal, arrogant, and rude. He did not listen to what we needed, and he was excessively pushy. He told us he had a network of 2200 people and had sold thousands of cars. This to me means he did not need my business, so I took it elsewhere. Also, this dealer only had 1 car (specifically an automatic Cruze LS) on the lot when their competitor had at least 10+. I have used their service department before and have no complaints there. I will not buy any cars from here but I will get them serviced here. More
