I was pleased that booking the service appointment was done online and included a package price for oil change, new oil filter, and rotating the tires. I have been using Champion Chevrolet for about 10 years. They service my Impala and Verano. I never have to wait too long for an appointment. Bought our 2022 Equinox new at Champion. Have taken back for all services a& recalls. Last week 11-4- 2025, stop at Champion for oil change & tire rotation. When I arrived home I checked oil Have taken back for all services a& recalls. Last week 11-4- 2025, stop at Champion for oil change & tire rotation. When I arrived home I checked oil it was fine, then I checked the lug nuts to make sure they were secure. Very disappointed with tightness of the lug nut. Had to retighten all the lug nuts. 2 out of 5 on each wheel was extremely loose. Could have lost a wheel & had accident on way home. Very poor workmanship. Didn't know I would have to complete their work after I paid for this. More

I can’t ask for any better, I took the same card to Bill Estes and it took him 2 1/2 weeks so I used to live in Danville and go there and I live in Carmel now but from now on, I’ll be driving back to to Avon because they did a great job. I would advise anybody to work with them. Aaron help me out. Jim helped me out. Luke was just the greatest I’ve ever seen for a guy that young. He did a heck of a job. More
