Rebecca = FANTASTIC Supervisor! 2013 DODGE DART - SPECIAL EDITION - 2.0L TigerShark Turbo - RALLYE PACKAGING - 6 Speed Automatic @ CHAMPION DODGE - SERVICE DEPT. ---- My Dodge Dar 2013 DODGE DART - SPECIAL EDITION - 2.0L TigerShark Turbo - RALLYE PACKAGING - 6 Speed Automatic @ CHAMPION DODGE - SERVICE DEPT. ---- My Dodge Dart had it's 2nd recall was the TRANSMISSION (notice didn't arrive in the mail but I had experienced the defect while driving my car with my son in the back seat) AND there is only one TRANSMISSION TECH FOR CHRYSLER/DODGE/JEEP on the MS Gulf Coast that could repair my vehicle. I called Chrysler to gather more info, communicate my issue, notified maker of my vehicle being defective and they allowed me to choose my dealer with a Transmission Tech to repair this defect. I called Champion and Rebecca listened to my brief on the dangerous recall (which I hadn't received a notice in my mail), she was explaining their recent repairs of the Transmission recall on the Dodge Dart 2013 and had valid proof in true quality of their servicing to assist my dangerous recalled Dart. She had mentioned my oil needed to be changed (my safety was my biggest concern more than oil during that time). She immediately took care of my recalled/replaced part on my vehicle, oil was changed and fluids checked within 2 working days. She also had mentioned my two front tire treads had worn abnormally. My son and I would be in bad shape had she not mentioned the premature wear in my two front tires. Her determination to provide top notch trustworthy service is impeccable! She really is the asset for customer service in the automotive industry. The crew that works alongside her showed the true value of teamwork and passion for helping others as they enjoy their career in automotive services. --------Many discriminatory events occur through the sales and services of any dealership of any kind/make/etc. whether it be the consumers or the employees that are of any GENDER or RACE. Service Department I have a 2011 Dodge Challenger RT and two weeks after driving it off the lot the air bag light came on. Took the vehicle to the service department to I have a 2011 Dodge Challenger RT and two weeks after driving it off the lot the air bag light came on. Took the vehicle to the service department to have it checked, of course they couldn’t find anything. A few weeks later, we recived a recall for the wiring harness in the seat that causes the air bag light to come on. Took the vehicle and they changed out the wiring harness. A few months later, it comes on again, they cant find anything wrong. A short time later another recall. Well this has happened over and over. Now the ABS, Traction control and BAS lights are on. Made an appointment a week ago for Tuesday October 13, 2015 @0830. Get there tell the service desk guy what the problem is. He tells me you will have to pay a diagnostic fee of $95. I explained this vehicle has had some sort of electrical problem since we have owned it. He verified that there has been a problem with the air bag light but not the others and since it has 54,000 miles I have to pay the fee. FINE I will pay the fee. At 230 I have not heard from them and they will not answer the phone. So I go up there and our vehicle is sitting in the parking lot. I asked if it was ready? He walks over to THREE guys standing outside talking and smoking, comes back and says they haven’t looked at it yet. So much for an appointment. POOR SERVICE We brought our 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in for service with a fuel system problem. The fuel gauge would suddenly drop from half tank to empty for unkno We brought our 2007 Chrysler Pacifica in for service with a fuel system problem. The fuel gauge would suddenly drop from half tank to empty for unknown reasons. We also experienced a problem filling the tank, it was impossible to fill without continually having pump the handle to keep fuel flowing, as if the tank was full, but it was not!! We were told a new fuel tank would be needed, we agreed to the new tank($1500), but the problems continued. We brought the car back 2 more times, each time we were told the car was repaired, it was NOT!! Chrysler Pacifica has a history of this problem that is documented many times on the internet. These guys never admitted to not knowing what the problem was, or offering a solution! I wrote to the COO, Vic Dehon, but never received a reply from him. Poor service, Poor management, Poor customer relations!! More
