Brian their diesel mechanic works on my super duty and when I always have questions about service he's always patient explaining things to me. I just recently bought a set of tires from the Quick Lane with a coupon I had received from Ford. For me It was a little confusing but Ron the service Manager Stepped in and took care of the problem. Trevor Beers was recommended to me by my sister and brother in law who recently bought two cars. They had visited several car dealerships here in town and had been very happy with Mr. Beers. He was open and honest and once I had the histories and car faxes on several cars in my price range, I made what I felt was an informed decision. Mr. Beers even made sure the car was serviced with a new battery and oil change. This was actually very helpful to me. I tend to just take my cars to Valvoline for oil changes but I saw how fast the service department was and will continue to have it serviced at the dealership. Our family is very happy with our car.
