My husband and I wanted to purchase a new Ford so we visited Champion FLM several times before talking with a salesman. On our last visit we went during business hours and were looking around when we were approached by Andrew Davis. He was very friendly,and non-threatening! We made an appointment for the following Wednesday just to take a test drive in the Escape that I had my eye on. We drove onto the lot that Wednesday morning, and about 4 hours later i was driving off the lot in my brand new 2013 Ford Fusion SE! WOW! I have to admit we went there with preconceived notions about bad salesmen from past experiences. However, much to our surprise and delight, Andrew was NOT a bad salesman! He answered all of our questions satisfactorily, was cheerful about his job, and had a great personality. When we are in the market for another vehicle we hope he is still there! In 6/2010, my husband and I purchased his dream car - a Ford Roush Mustang. It took many years of saving and planning. Mr. Oliver was the salesman. He was great!!!!!!! He explained every feature, provided pros and cons, and answered every question we had. (I had many with such a purchase.) Mr. Duke Brubaker has been the buyer for the car we chose. Before we purchased the car, we had visisted three other sales shops. The car salesman would tell us how fast she would go (we knew that), but none could tell us the specifics of what made her fast, how she would handle on rain, why this car would be the best choice for us. My husband would ask a question about a feature, and the other salesman would not know the answers. He was discouraged. Then we saw his dream car at a local festival. We looked at it on line later that day when we got home. I called Mr. Brubaker, and explained that my husband was very interested. I had ask for a scheduled time to see/test drive the car, but with someone who knew about the car and all it's featurers. I also explained we do not play the money hangling game. Tell us the bottom price for cash, and the bottom price for credit. Mr Brubaker said Mr. Oliver was our guy, and he was right. Every question my husband asked, Mr. Oliver answered. Every feature/performance/design question was explored. I did not go for the test drive. It was my husband's decision to make. When he came back, he was smiling from ear to ear. He loved that car, but more importantly, he was pleased that Mr. Oliver knew that car and answered all questions/concerns for him. Three years later, Mr. Oliver is still there for us with every question/concern we have. The car is bought. His job is done. He does not have to be, but he is. He treats us the same as if we are buying another new car every time. We ak him questions about the car all the time, including how to care for the pinstripes, any service issues, and he has answered every single one. He does so with a smile on his face. He is extremely knowledgable. He puts all worries/concerns to rest. He is a man of true integrity. I know no other car salesman, nor dealership like Champion Ford. Everything they said BEFORE we bought the car that they would do, they HAVE done. Thanks to Mr. Oliver, we are still as happy with my husband's dream car as the day we first bought it. (This is no exageration!) We give Mr. Oliver and A+ for knowledge of the car, true integrity, true concern. We are pleased with our choice. Every service concern we have, Mr. Oliver calls the service man for us and makes sure it is investigated. Mr. Brubaker knows his sales people. He did set us up with exactly the right person for us. (Some people like to haggle about price, we do not.) I give Champion Ford an A when we bought the car in 2010, but an A+ now. We are not new car shoppers at this time, just extremely satisfied customers with the service we receive!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

My experience was much more pleasant tha expected.
