You need more loaners so I can get my car fixed which I bought from you and is on warranty. Everything was great starting from initial visit until the day that I picked up my car. Ray Hawthorn was great. He was informative, good customer relations and hospitable, with no pressure. I felt like he personally cared that I would be happy with my purchase.
