I was with the collections for 12 years in Coral Gables moved to Oakland Park and sold my 911 to get a Porsche Cayenne at champion I have to say aside Drew being wonderful and very helpful to me. I just moved to Oakland Park and sold my 911 to get a Porsche Cayenne at champion I have to say aside Drew being wonderful and very helpful to me. I just feel the leader ship lacks . My last incident was coming into change a tire… and to show you the little touches that make a dealership that much better is to actually put on a cap to the tire that was just replaced. I noticed later as o got home There was no cap on the tire .. little details go along way for customers. This of course is one of three different incidents I had ever since I brought in my Cayenne for either service or a car issue. Thank you for letting me express my views and I only write this so next time attention to detail would be given especially when replacing a small thing like a tire that you . actually get to put a cap to the tire pressure instead of leaving it open. More
