They do a great job, my only problem was the vehicle is an EV and limited technicians and service bays lengthen the time necessary to service the vehicle. I made an appointment with Jefry for my first service on my Macan. Service was extremely busy even at 8am. When I arrived, I was greeted and quickly taken care of. The waiting area was nicely appointed so the wait wasn't that bad. Jefry communicated when the car was ready, and we proceeded to the cashier. I waited outside for the car to be pulled up and was checked on by several associates offering water, etc. The whole experience was really an easy process due to your associate's friendly nature and competency.
