Since purchasing our vehicle, a preloved 2020 Macan we have had several disappointments with the service with Champion. We were promised by the sales rep the scratches would be removed, that was never don have had several disappointments with the service with Champion. We were promised by the sales rep the scratches would be removed, that was never done and then was denied agreement was ever said. We also found a hole under a car mat and was told Champion would not repair. Worked with 2 other service managers who are no longer with Champion who epically failed us with making the correct repairs on the vehicle. Thank god for Indira Moreno! This young lady has gone over and above to give us quality service. Indira is polite, professional and always exceeds my my expectations. If it wasn't for Indira we would gone to another dealership. Indira always makes our experience as painless as possible. Champion is lucky to have Indira, they should have 10 more just like her!! Side note: Compared to other dealerships the cost of service and parts is extremely much higher than other dealers. More
