kept me waiting 2 hours longer that told; found out car was completed and was waiting for a wash.....which never occurred. ask for a courtesy car which was not able and told ok to stay as service should be was completed and was waiting for a wash.....which never occurred. ask for a courtesy car which was not able and told ok to stay as service should be no long that a couple of hours. left the service department after 3.5 hours at the dealership.
