My service advisor was excellent: very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the overall experience was spoiled by the wait time. My car was scheduled for the 20,000 mile service in advance. I think a five day wait for a scheduled oil is change unreasonable. What’s the point of scheduling appointments if you can’t keep them? More
