The dealership itself is nice, however you're only as good as your people. Almost two months later...nothing. And now they won't even reply to my queries. They also did an appalling job on the window tinting. They are shady and I warn anyone dealing with them to go elsewhere. More

It's a shame that I have to write a negative review regarding the employees' at Chapman BMW in Chandler, AZ. We purchased an EV from them and initially, their helpfulness was outstanding. But, after the ink dried on the contracts and we received our new car, all support ended. I had an issue with the "myBMW" app, so I left 3-4 voicemails for Steve Burgess, whom we purchased our car through, 4 voicemails for Victor in their BMW Genius division, but we received absolutely no return calls. After 2-months, I called the store manager named Ferris, who promised he'd follow up with me after discussing the no-response issue with the other involved parties. Well, he never returned my call. Now, I am contacting Chapman's corporate headquarters along with BMW USA. AVOID CHAPMAN BMW, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. More
