Needless to say that we could have done a better job communicating and I apologize for the disconnect. Thank you for responding. I have a copy of the quotes I was given and there were other services but the 1st quote for just the 4 O2 sensors was $4000. And yes, it is not a good idea to be deceptive or omit things when communicating with customers, sell them unnecessary services, or overcharge. It is also not a good idea to return vehicles dirty and in worse condition then when they are received.
