This has been one of the worst dealership service experiences I’ve ever had. I originally brought my car in for an SZL replacement, which they repaired. The very next morning, however, the car threw a new warning light. I was told it could be connected and that they’d call me once a loaner was available to bring it back in. That call never came. When I was finally able to bring the car back, I was told I would need to pay an $800 diagnostic fee—even though this should have been related to their original repair. I agreed just to move things forward, despite being told originally that they’d handle it. Eventually, they said the ASCM needed replacement. After installing the new module, the same SZL they had replaced before was having issues again, and they still tried to tell me the two weren’t connected. To make things worse, my first service advisor quit in the middle of this process. My car sat there for three weeks, and most days I wouldn’t hear a single update unless I chased them down. When I did get information, I was repeatedly given completion dates that were pushed back—costing me money as I took time off work. Even after speaking directly with the general manager (who seemed apologetic at first), the same issues continued. When I tried to follow up with him later, he was conveniently “out of the office for the next few days” and I was stuck dealing with a new advisor who treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They never admitted that the issues were connected, but they tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor by saying they’d cover it—when in reality it should have been covered from the beginning because the problems were connected. They just didn’t want to admit that and acknowledge that I was right. The only positive thing I can say is that they gave me a loaner, which is the only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one. But I would never bring my car back to Chapman BMW. If you want quality service, go to Scottsdale BMW (Penske owned). I’ve worked with dealerships of every brand in Arizona, and this was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. More
The dealership itself is nice, however you're only as good as your people. The overall experience was good as far as purchasing of our vehicle but short lived once we wanted help after we bought the c good as your people. Almost two months later...nothing. And now they won't even reply to my queries. They also did an appalling job on the window tinting. They are shady and I warn anyone dealing with them to go elsewhere. More

Avoid this dealership. Cost me the $3750 clean vehicle tax credit. Sales person and sales manager, Steven Foster just refused to submit the paperwork. It's a shame that I have to write a negative review regarding the employees' at Chapman BMW in Chandler, AZ. We purchased an EV from them and initially, their helpfulness was outstanding. But, after the ink dried on the contracts and we received our new car, all support ended. I had an issue with the "myBMW" app, so I left 3-4 voicemails for Steve Burgess, whom we purchased our car through, 4 voicemails for Victor in their BMW Genius division, but we received absolutely no return calls. After 2-months, I called the store manager named Ferris, who promised he'd follow up with me after discussing the no-response issue with the other involved parties. Well, he never returned my call. Now, I am contacting Chapman's corporate headquarters along with BMW USA. AVOID CHAPMAN BMW, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. More
