Below Expectations After waiting over a day to get my car back from a routine 50,000 check up, I called (since they didn't call me) to check on the status. I was told th After waiting over a day to get my car back from a routine 50,000 check up, I called (since they didn't call me) to check on the status. I was told that my car was ready. When they bring my car out to me, the sales person steps out of the car and says, "do you know that your Service Light is on? Was it that way when you brought it in?" Really?!? First, the sales person is unapologetic for their horrendous service. Second, he is handing me back my car with the Service Light indicator on, after I was told that it was ready. I seriously thought that I was being pranked! Unfortunately, I wasn't. The service and attitude that I received at this dealership is below, below, below expectations! Unfriendly. Unprofessional.
