Mike Reeves the Service Advisor thought he was going to make a big commission off me. I was first quoted $4000 to replace all 4 O2 sensors, i said no way it cost that much. Then he said oh I misquoted its $2000.. I reluctantly agreed but changed my mind after I got home and got better quotes. I called and cancelled and was told I could pick my car up in the afternoon. My car was returned covered in dirt and had been driven 23 miles after I left it there. My front tires were covered in brake dust and my rims are freshly scraped up. My ac was not blowing cold air anymore either. Terrible experience and I will never go back. Mike Reeves suddenly has new reviews posted on the company website stating he is a great Service Advisor, an asset to the company. Guilty behavior or coincidence? More
