This is our 3rd BMW but our first time at Chapman BMW. Our experience up to this point had been very good. There is no pressure at BMW and none of that " let me go talk to my manager" stuff. We then went to see Megan in finance, again no pressure just explainations and very smooth and quick! The car was cleaned up and ready quickly. We drove away and looked at each other and said, "Did we just buy a car?" because usually we are exhausted by the time we drive away and swear we will never do it again but we didn't feel that way at all!!
