He went out of his way to make sure I received every rebate & discount I was entitled to. In this case, we were trying to find the right X3 for my wife. There was a specific rebate that was about to expire which could only apply to a vehicle that was in stock. Having one built to order would have cost more. Instead of trying to make something fit within the Chapman inventory, Craig, Artin Majidi & Doug Martin found the exact X3 with the colors & options my wife wanted at an LA area dealership. They had it shipped to Phoenix at no charge to me. We greatly appreciated their efforts to please us, which were tremendous. One final point: The reason for our X3 purchase was to "downsize" in terms of payments & size from a Porsche Cayenne base model, which we found to be sluggish in terms of drivability & performance and had electronics and controls that were non-intuitive compared to BMW systems. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had! This year I have been looking for a used BMW i3 but I tried to keep away from physical dealerships due to negative past experiences such as annoying p This year I have been looking for a used BMW i3 but I tried to keep away from physical dealerships due to negative past experiences such as annoying phone calls from sales man, email promotions, and sketchy answers. I heard great reviews about Carvana and how easy it is to buy vehicle there. I made an account and applied for their autoloan which was very easy to complete but the only down side about this is high interest rate and no clear answer to how they calculate this. I didn’t complain much and went ahead with my order. After my order was complete that’s when I started see complications and stress with this company. They postponed my delivery date due to cosmetic issues with my car and agreed to repair all cosmetic issues before delivery. When Delivery day came around the vehicle looked like it was not detailed the areas the carvana rep talked about where not touched at all. I took the car to get serviced and checked at BMW and they found a list of mysterious problems with the car. That’s Craig Rusin from BMW reached out to me and explained to me to benefits and assurance of purchasing a BMW i3 through them. I mean at this point I was very skeptical about purchasing a vehicle at a luxury car delearship especially at my age and credit score. Craig told me not to worry that BMW chapman makes sure to work with customer and provide the best options possible. I took his advice and trust and today im glad I did. Chapman BMW offered me a way lower interest rate compared to Carvana and they gave me a certified vehicle that they strictly checked to be in the best condition. (Purchased) Our experience was an absolute pleasure and would recommend to anyone to use Stan. Stan then introduced us to Mike Anderson (Finance), again a true professional, friendly and personable, generally long, not this time! Time flew Mike was thorough and personable and we felt great about our experience and purchase. We now have purchased a total of four vehicles over the years from Chapman, each experience has been pleasurable. 3 x5's , and one 325 which was our 1st. Highly recommend ! I must not forget Mike Ludtke our service adviser. Thursday I dropped off 2008 x5 for what I thought was a minor repair, late in the afternoon, Mike checked me in provided me a loaner, and off I went, Friday morning he called and advised me of the needed repairs.
