I had been looking for a very clean one and so I asked Geoff the condition of the interior. He politely told me that he was not familiar with this particular vehicle, but that he would check and get back to me. He promptly called back and informed me that the interior was immaculate, and so I made an appointment to go see the car an hour later. Much to my surprise the car was waiting in the front and Geoff had done some research on all the features of the vehicle, which there were many. I told him that I was very impressed. The test drive made the experience only better as he showed me the power feature of the vehicle and its 4 wheel drive prowess. By the end of the drive I was convinced that I wanted to buy the car. I just needed more background on it. So, Geoff introduced me to BJ Geisler the Pre Owned Director who told me the history of the car and committed to fixing the few blemishes that the car had. We then made a deal and I drove the car home. I was impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and care displayed through the process. I strongly recommend this dealership and Geoff Williams. More

Favorite Car For A Young First-Time Buyer I've always known what kind of car I wanted. I stumbled upon Chapman BMW through Carfax.com, and I saw my dream car, with every spec that I wanted! I I've always known what kind of car I wanted. I stumbled upon Chapman BMW through Carfax.com, and I saw my dream car, with every spec that I wanted! I immediately knew I had to get it, AND FAST. The online listed price was "eh" but when I contacted Geoff, he seemed eager to really help me get into my car, and he made sure to follow up with me quickly, which I always love! At the time, I was waiting on some money to come in, so I was practically a sitting duck for about 3 days, but Geoff was really great with understanding my situation and calming my anxiety about possibly not getting the car before someone else. Soon enough, I came in the dealership with my father-in-law, ready to talk the price down a little and sign, but we had to come in and leave another time before we could drive off with the car (because of something with their in-house financing). Next thing you know, Geoff delivered the car to my door before that same night ended, so I didn't have to wait to go in again! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Murphy for at least the past 7 years. Steve is very personable and very patient. On this occasion, Steve went beyond the call of duty, ensuring that my decision was fact based. He patiently presented a 2017 BMW 540i and 2017 BMW i3. I ended up with the i3, and I love it! By far the most unique car I have ever driven. He worked through the complex requirement that my CFO placed on our lease requirement and he met it with flying colors. Not only that, Steve was always available and even showed up on his day off to ensure that documentations and signings were done at our practice. Where do you find that type of dedication to his customers and to his company? Not many, I can assure you. This is why I stay a loyal customer to BMW and to Chapman BMW.
