The customer service I experienced was exceptional! While waiting around I decided to take a look around the lot. Craig came out with a awesome no pressure attitude. I didnt know whether or not I wanted to upgrade or not. He understood completely and even encouraged me to save the life of my old BMW. I ended up deciding to get a new BMW and the process was seamless. Craig and I communicated over text and email and I was approved before I even came back to the dealer. When I came back I was only there a couple of hours then I was on my way home in my 2016 BMW! I couldn't be happier with my experience! Would recommend Craig to anyone looking for a new car. More
