I went in for an IS 350 but some how bought wha Three months ago (to the date) I made a huge mistake and bought a spaceship from Bell Lexus (RX 350). I went in for an IS 350 but some how bought what I call the bad luck car. My experience top to bottom with Lexus was miserable - sales, service, Lexus "Care" - and ultimately I couldn't keep the spaceship. I was familiar with Audi and knew where they valued my trade (after three months the negative equity was significant), but after 5 minutes with Craig I knew I had made the right choice and he would be the one to turn a bad luck, bad situation into the best thing possible! I have bought several cars in my life - luxury brand and non - and I have never had an experience as fun and as comfortable and all together easy. I have only had my BMW 335i for about 20 hours but I know it is my favorite car ever, and all of my bad luck days are behind me. Craig did what he needed to do in order to make sure I was comfortable with the car - pulling up other models, offering as many test drives as I wanted (which I didn't need) and allowing me to take the car I did love out on the road as long and as far as I wanted. Some dealers want you to make a decision in 1.35 miles, which is fine for some, but he knew where my head was on this purchase. The 'deal' was drama free, the conversation was free flowing and full of laughs. I feel like I knew Craig for years, in fact one of his neighbors stopped by and helped with a sales pitch of his own. He didn't have to 'sell' very hard though - I knew I had the best car for me the minute we pulled out of the lot for the test drive. I got EVERYTHING I wanted and much much more. I didn't have to compromise on a single thing - color, features - Craig found the exact match! When I was in the market earlier this summer (buying the spaceship) it was an awful experience - my sister and I had been to so many dealerships all over the valley who just didn't take us seriously buying two cars (she ended up with the IS 350) and ultimately I made a terrible choice. I honestly wish I had done a little more research three months ago and met Craig that much sooner ... I will be referring all of my car buying friends his way (everyone at my work drives a luxury car) and I will be back in a few years myself. I have never been so happy and so eager to drive to work on a Friday in my life! Thank you Craig and everyone at Chapman BMW Camelback for making this happen for me. The numbers were right, the car is beautiful and everyone there was friendly, but a sincere friendly, not a fake and disingenuous sort of friendly. I LOVE the Genius process - never had that with any other car purchase. Zane was helpful, thorough, and again, genuine. That's one of the major separations from Chapman BMW to any other dealership - everyone there was genuine, and THAT is what will keep me coming back indefinitely. More
Replace broken hinge on ash tray cover I called BMW and got in the same day. Although Bobby Stewart, my regular service writer, was not available, Dan helped me out. Poor customer service, unhappy SA Took my 3 month old car in for a warranty issue on Sat AM. Pretty annoyed to even have to deal with issues on a brand new car. Arrived Sat AM at 7: Took my 3 month old car in for a warranty issue on Sat AM. Pretty annoyed to even have to deal with issues on a brand new car. Arrived Sat AM at 7:45 to drop off my car. SA was very cold and unfriendly. No introduction, no small talk, just appeared that he was unhappy, hated his job, and did not want to be there. Was told he would call me to give me an update in case they had to order parts and needed my car longer. Loaner is much smaller than my SUV so it is a bit of an inconvenience with a small child. Apparently, they are only open until noon on Sat (translation- service day only for oil changes). No call or update. Closed by the time I called them. Left a complaint on their website. No real followup from their service manager. An internet salesman did email me back for whatever thats worth. Car was done 10am Monday. My guess is that I was a simple fix (lose wire, blown fuse) since my car probably sat all weekend and no one touched it until Monday AM. SA called me to tell me it was done. Left a brief voicemail. No apology. Straight to business in his unhappy voice. More

Quickly diagnosed my service issue when I brought my vehicle in late Friday afternoon. He called me first thing Monday morning to confirm his diagnosis and the cost of repair. Car was ready mid-afternoon on Monday. Also arranged to have a 15 mile test drive to assure the problem did not recur. More
