Excellent Customer Service Everytime that I need my Service Provider he is available. He always gets me in and out in less than 30 minutes even with a loaner car if needed. Fixed my problem on short notice Had issue with car not wanting to start after I changed a failing 7 years old battery! Had car towed to Chapman! They took care of it right away and Had issue with car not wanting to start after I changed a failing 7 years old battery! Had car towed to Chapman! They took care of it right away and had it running/road tested in 30 minute and did an oil change and even wash ed the car which was a nice touch! Updated me on potential issues to watch for and upcoming maintenance! All in all a great experience that made me forget to towing part of my disabled car ( steering wheel fault so safety issue, won't run) Will be quite hapoy to use Chapman BMW again!
