Outstanding service as usual! We were scheduled for an oil change service at 7:00 a.m. and had an appointment elsewhere at 9:30 a.m. As we were leaving home for Chapman we discov We were scheduled for an oil change service at 7:00 a.m. and had an appointment elsewhere at 9:30 a.m. As we were leaving home for Chapman we discovered our left rear tire had a leak. On arrival we informed them of the tire problem. Dan Lidington our Service Rep made sure they got the service done and tire changed and had us on our way to our appointment with plenty of time. I have found on every service visit that the Chapman staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to take special care of both our vehicle and us. We are never treated as "just another customer." More

My son bought a 328 series from Craig about two years ago and told me about Craig. On my first visit Craig spent at least two to three hours just answering questions and taking me out for test drives. No pressure, just let the cars speak for themselves. I hadn't decided on which model. I came back in several weeks later and spent another couple of hours with Craig. All the while there was no pressure. Finally, I made my decision and ordered a 428i from the factory with Craig's help. What a joy when it finally showed up just when Craig said it would. I would not hesitate for a moment recommending Craig to anyone who is serious about buying a new or even used BMW. Rick Kalinowski More

The only negative thing I can say is that BMWs are expensive to fix and maintain, but that's not the fault of Chapman. I've never had a bad experience at this dealership and I have bought two BMWs from them and have had service from them for 14 years. More

Service is INCREDIBLE! Thank you Steve Cadieux I unfortunately purchased my 2nd BMW from a different dealership ONLY because Chapman didn't have what I was looking for. Thank goodness I purchased my 1st BMW from Chapman so I knew what type of quality service techs and advisors they have. I STOPPED going to the other dealership because they didn't care about the quality or appearance of their service and collision work. OK, enough about that... If you want a thorough, caring, superior experience, I would highly and strongly recommend going to Chapman. I go to the Chapman BMW on Camelback and my service advisor is Steve Cadieux . He and his team are EXTREMELY thorough, friendly and know how to take care of their customer. Each time I go to see Steve, I know that he will provide me with an accurate and truthful explanation of what is needed or recommended. He is not pushy but he does care that I know everything that is done to my vehicle and he is a true Professional. If something wasn't clean or done correctly (which is extremely rare if ever), he will make sure it is BEFORE I get my car back. He is in constant communication and I have total confidence that he will be straight with me. I also had collision work done on my first car and Chapman BMW are pro's! They know how to take care of their customer. No other BMW dealership compares! Thank you Steve, your team of professional technicians and everyone from the detail person, to the person that moves my car to the person that delivers the car to me and anyone else I may have missed. But the reviews and styling of the M4 were so compelling, I made a casual visit to Chapman and found Craig. His attentive listening and encyclopedic knowledge of BMW's made talking about cars a total pleasure. "Trust your instincts", was his advice - never pressing any agenda. We ordered an M4 with a manual trans ..... and I waited months for delivery. The new M4 has far exceeded all my expectations! Craig helped me track the car's progress through manufacture and shipping. Chapman has a "family" feel and I would give Craig the highest marks in every regard. JR More
