I was hesitant to make the drive of over 120 miles one way but once on the phone you instantly feel at ease discussing your needs. When I arrived my name was displayed on a monitor welcoming me. There check in process is efficient and then your on with your day with a 2015 loaner!! A few hours later I get a professional email breakdown of the work to be performed and any maintenance recommendations based on there inspection process. Joe Helms called within 10 minutes of the email to ask if I had any questions. We discussed my vehicles needs and then his team of techs got to work. Joe called when the vehicle was done as he knew I needed to make the 120 mile return trip. The car was washed and the repairs came under estimate! I can't thank Doug and Joe enough. I made an appointment and Joe and his technician replaced it with a new vent under warranty and had me out the door in an hour. My husband has owned a BMW before, but as a first time BMW purchaser I was a little unsure of what I was getting into and what the experience might be like, but I had nothing to worry about. Joe was great, Elliot the BMW Genius was wonderful to work with; all around it was a great experience. Car buying can be an intimidating thing, especially when you start to think about "Car Salesmen", but our experience with Joe was great and they definitely do not have the typical "Car Salesman" characters at Chapman. More
