Steve communicated all the info I needed to make the decision to purchase our 2014 Certified Preowned BMW X1 in a very timely and courteous manner. Once we got to the dealership, he thoroughly went over every aspect of the car with my wife and I. After we decided we loved the car and the no-nonsense upfront price, I told Steve realistically what it would take for us to finish the deal. They gave us a very fair trade-in value and approved us for BMW's special financing rate with the help of the sales manager, Tom Iles. From there, the finance manager, Steve Zucker, was also a pleasure to deal with. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership, the deal was done and we were incredibly pleased. Outstanding Customer Service One year ago we bought a 535I and it was great. A service light went on one day and it took several days/weeks to fix the problem. That is the bad n One year ago we bought a 535I and it was great. A service light went on one day and it took several days/weeks to fix the problem. That is the bad news. Now the good news. BMW was excellent to work with. The service people called us frequently to update us on the problem and progress. We just received the 535I exchange car and it is great. Had all the features of my old car plus a few more. The sales people, the service people and the manager at Chapman were all understanding, accomodating and very good to work with on this challenging issue. We could not have asked for more. So, if you do have an issue, they seem to treat their customers good. This is a rare "thing" now a days, but Chapman did it. We appreciate the service, thanks. More
