Vehicle involved in accident with dealer I took my car to chapman on camelback after multiple attempts to get problems resolved at bmw north Scottsdale. About 4 hours later I received a call that my vehicle had been involved in an accident. I was shocked and had no idea what to do. They quickly sent me pictures of the damage through email so I could assess it. I requested them to hold my car at the dealership so I could come by and see it first hand. It seemed a lot worse it person maybe because it was real and in front of me. They quickly sent my car to the bmw certified body shop. It took some time getting insurance companies up to speed and proving liability. The driver that struck my vehicle was cited and at fault so once they took responsibility the repairs began. It took close to month from beginning to end. The damage was quoted around $1900 which is minor, but the lady made it difficult claiming my car had previous damage and made the process a lot longer than it needed to be. Back to chapman bmw, they provided a loaner car for me for the entire time of this whole process. Bmw owners expect To have this luxury, but not for an entire month. They kept me upto date as things progressed and kept me at ease. I wanted to also mention the reason my car was in service was for a faulty adaptive headlight motor and needed the software updated. Once my car ls body was repaired they completed all these original requests very fast. My car is in great condition and running perfectly now. They threw in and oil change and full detail for the troubles. This service center is 30 mins from me as where as bmw north Scottsdale is only about 10 minutes, but I will choose l to drive to chapman for their service. Ernie has been a saint and helped me with everything I needed and addressed all my concerns as they arose. They kept me feeling comfortable and made the experience pleasant given the circumstances. I never felt as if I wasn't important or just another problem they had to fix. I felt like they truly cared about me and made me feel really important.
