About a month ago I went to Chapman had all the brakes and rotors replaced. I noticed immediately after the first time it rained the rotors would get really rusty, not the area where the pads sit on but t and rotors replaced. Because I take pride in my cars appearance I went back and complained because this never happened with original rotors. John (the service manager) told me they use a cheaper type of metal now. I think it’s unacceptable to sell car parts that rust whenever water touches them especially when you trust the dealership to sell you quality parts. Worst service every, Two times 4 days and never fix problem tried to get me to pay for second visit where it was coming back cause they couldnt fix it first time didnt know my iphone was causing the pr problem tried to get me to pay for second visit where it was coming back cause they couldnt fix it first time didnt know my iphone was causing the problem, but other Chevrolet dealers i called told me to disconnect phone first, and it fix problem, NEVER AGAIN, How do you charge some one 170 dollars to check a problem, not fix it and want to charge them again for same problem a day later when it wasnt done right the first time, rip off and terrible customer reps, The rep stone lied to my face the second time about not charging me, when i go to pick it up he said i told you son we would charge you half, i ask son he said they never said that, then rep says i will pay it very cocky Its your money but to wait four days without your truck, and not fix the problem, but other dealers farther from my home knew right away what it was, More

It is horrible. They are not professional . I took my car in to find out why the ac was throwing hot air. After some confusion about the price to find the reason for it throwing hot air they quoted me a pric in to find out why the ac was throwing hot air. After having my husband pick up the car it was still blowing hot air. I took it back they said it was another part of the ac and it would cost and additional 999.95 I complained but since iwas already into it l agreed pick up still blowing hot air. Friend subjested putting antifreeze in car. Called dealer told still throwing hot air told to bring back. I told son about antifreeze he put in car and then drove to dealership on way there car started throwing cold air. Son tod dealer and he said I GUESS tat is what it needed, I paid almost $ 3000.00 for antifreeze, They don't know how to fix cars just keep charging till they hit the right thing and charge you for there scavenger hunt BE WHERE AND DON'T GO THERE. Worst ever More
Service is ran by a compete set of crooks. Very unprofessional and misleading. For warranty or major work look for another dealer because the techs that work at Chapman are “Terrible” good for only unprofessional and misleading. Like a lot of people dealerships always had an impression on me for being dishonest, crooks if you will. This week Chapman Chevrolet in Philadelphia proved that theory to be nothing less than true. On 5/4/20 on me for being dishonest, crooks if you will. This week Chapman Chevrolet in Philadelphia proved that theory to be nothing less than true. On 5/4/20 I had my car serviced for an oil change. First the service advisor who waited on me (Sally Spiller) attitude was unprofessional, she didn’t even want to give me a multi point vehicle inspection sheet, I found out later why. The very next day I discovered a headlight was out. Bought a new one and installed it myself. While under the hood I noticed plastic bags we’re getting sucked up into the air duck that leads to the engine air filter. So I opened up the engine air filter compartment and the filter was damaged due to plastic bags trying to force its way through the side of the filter. When I reviewed the multi point vehicle inspection sheet Chapman Chevrolet checked off that the engine air filter was checked and OK. That was a blatant lie, they never even checked it because if they had they would’ve discovered what I discovered but instead they checked it off as OK which raises the question what else did they lie about? It’s bad enough their prices are through the roof and you pay them your money and they lie about even doing the work that they claim to have done. Deceptive crooks I took my car to get a state inspection this morning. As i pulled in to drop off my car team blue attendent John Weiser, did a visual inspection of my vehicle noting that he acknowledged an issue with the right taillight case being cracked prior to taking my keys and assuming responsibility for my vehicle. At the desk I stated the reason for my visit was to have a state and emission test complete. John being fully aware I would not pass the state inspection because of the broken light case proceeded to sell me other services that were supposed to be included in the emission test like, checking my breaks, and services that were supposed to be included in my oil change like rotating my tires for an additional 80.00. After 1.5 hours he calls me to the desk to tell me my car didn't pass because of the taillight and hands me a 160.00 bill 134.75 being labor. More

Chapman sells lemons! I won't waste my time rehashing the horrific experience I am having with this dealership!
