I never once felt pressured and they were extremely patient with me in return. Lori helped me understand my new vehicle and showed me how to set up onstar. Bob helped me pick my vehicle and got me a 10/10 approval from a bank with monthly payments that work for me. Would 1000% recommend this dealership. Making the appointment was quick and convenient, with service offered as early as the following day for an annual inspection and oil/filter change. The scheduler understood that my visit required their Corvette specialist mechanic. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and the car taken in for service. Work was completed on-time and the invoice reflected my GM Rewards status and an AC Delco coupon for engine oil. I'm very pleased with the service Armen Chevrolet provides me, and have taken my 9-year-old car there since new.

Took my used car that I just bought from Chevy Turnersvill into the service center at Chevy of Turnersvill. The car had just failed New Jersey state inspection and I needed to get fixed. The fuel system monitor failed the test and the Service guys told me to drive the car at highway speeds for about 20 minutes or so, and it should turn the sensor back on. I did that yesterday and the sensor is back on and I should pass the inspection this weekend. Thank you very much Chevy of Turnersvill Service.

we got a dashboard message that our battery was dying over a weekend. we parked the car at barlow and dropped the key in the slot. no appointment. they checked the car, gave us a new battery and had the car finished by the afternoon. they even let me know we had lots of rewards points so the points paid for everything.

The service at this dealership is bad. I came in for inspection and oil change, which went fine. But, I also wanted check engine light codes checked into. A 3 year old car with 17,000 miles on it should not have acceleration issues resulting in a check engine light warning. This was totally brushed off. Also, this model has a known issue with a shift to park warning. This was also ignored. These are known issues with this model, and this dealership clearly couldn't be bothered.

I've been having a recurring starting/staying started issue with my Saturn and Thomas is the "GM Certified" service center nearest to me so I brought it in. They were up-front about the diagnostic cost and called me before they took each further step to figure out what my issue was. I got out of there for what I believe is pretty reasonable price being this is a dealer. Jim was good to talk to over the phone, and the receptionist when I picked up my car was very friendly (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). One of the better experiences I've had at a dealer. If anything else goes wrong with my car I will be bringing it back to them. I'm not giving any 'great' ratings because I've had less than awesome experiences with dealerships in the past - even when Saturn was supposed to be the 'friendly, no-hassle' dealer. But they were better than some of the others I've talked to. I'll go back and I'd recommend them to others too - at least on the service side.
