Great Service! Exceeding Expectations! I took my truck in for a factory recall and while there the service guys identified a radiator leak. They also recommended a radiator flush. They gave me a good price for the work, but said they would need to keep my vehicle an extra day. I told them I had to return the loaner car same day or it would cost me and they said they would take care of it. They let me keep the car an extra day, which I loved because it was a late model Charger with all kinds of power and very smooth! Picked up the truck next day with new radiator and all fixed up! Needless to say, I was very pleased with the service I received! More

Great service Had to take my car in for a recall. Scheduled a time and showed up, they took it in right on time, said i qualified for a rental free of charge and t Had to take my car in for a recall. Not only did they fix my original issue I came in for, I dropped a handful of request once I arrived, and they didn't even blink! Yes Sir, is there anything else we can look at for you! that is all they said. Dropped off my Jeep at 8:30AM picked it up the following day at 4:00PM. I couldn't believe how quick they resolved all the issues I layed on them!. I originally went in for an A/C issue, but once i got there I had them check my aftermarket LED lights and had them install new door panel inserts I had purchased, had them repair my backup camera I broke and check out my suspension. I must say, I am so impressed with the customer service, I am going to trade in my sons Chevy "Cruz" that's still is in the shop since last week for a warranty issue for a vehicle at Chapman! More
