We do our best to accommodate our customers regardless of credit history or their down payment amount, but ultimately the bank is responsible for funding the loan. Please be assured that I investigated the issues outlined in your review, because your experience is not a normal occurrence at our dealership. Please allow me to explain and offer a few solutions. • In regards to your meeting with Lawrence, unfortunately he was not able to attend due to a last minute doctor’s appointment that needed his immediate attention. He did arrange for you to meet with a colleague in his absence. • As for the vehicle’s paint job, we stand firm that the vehicle has not been in any accidents because it has a clear Carfax history report. Carfax is a trusted source in the auto industry. It is our policy to run a Carfax report to assure our customers that we only offer vehicles for sale that meet stringent requirements. If you disagree and continue to be unhappy with your vehicle, then we would be happy to offer full market value should you decide to trade in the vehicle. • Finally, the extended warranty that you purchased does not cover maintenance or wear and tear issues. This should have been explained or detailed in the paperwork you received when you purchased the warranty. If you feel that the coverage is inadequate then you are more than welcome to cancel the warranty.
