Hi Tina - I'm sure you have heard by now about a customers tire falling off their truck after the first tire rotation & 2nd oil change! I brought my New Ram Pickup in for that service. Later when I picked up my truck & was on the way home my left front tire suddenly falls off and hits the median and bounces about 20 feet in the air and almost went thru the windshield of a lady in a red vehicle that was going the opposite way. I turned quickly into a parking lot & parked in a handicap spot & called 911, and Chapman. The police couldn't find where my tire went but one of your guys came and we found it in a field about 2 blocks away down by NAPA Parts store. A tow truck arrived also and I was taken back to the sales area at Chapman. Everyone was understanding and I was set up with a loaner truck. Chad mentioned that Chapman would buy the truck back and I could pick out another truck or what ever! After looking at trucks the next day with Randy Springett I found that most of the trucks had small dents on top of the cab's. The next night I came in and decided to get a Jeep instead even though it was a little more expensive. I think I deserve my $25.00 back from the Tire Rotation that was not Completed Safely. And I feel like I have been burned for something that was not my fault. Because of this I have lost my trade in value of $4500.00 that went towards my truck & now not having that value for my jeep puts me in a high payment for an extra year and now its like you got my Yukon for free! - I was nice enough to pick out a more expensive vehicle. I haven't been able to sleep very well since this happened. - Lawrence Milman. More

I also get all my servicing on my VW tdi from Chapman and bought it there in 05/06 and have always had great service. Now working with Justin Lenocker very good and thats why I have switched over to getting bought it there in 05/06 and have always had great service. I appreciate the discount card sent in the mail for routine service. It was much less expensive than taking it anywhere else. The staff was curtioius and efficient in taking care of our needs. I am a girl on a budget. I live in Avondale and have been VERY unhappy with the customer service at Avondale Chrysler. From January 2009 (until probably June 1, 2010), I have been working at a City of Tempe VERY unhappy with the customer service at Avondale Chrysler. From January 2009 (until probably June 1, 2010), I have been working at a City of Tempe water treatment facility at College & Currey and thought I'd try Chapman since I am so close and could leave me car there during working hours. WOW! Dave Colwell is great! The customer service is great. Jim, the shuttle driver, is great. I have visited Chapman twice for oil changes and a new undershield. For both visits, Chapman took my coupon from another competitor, fixed my undershield, changed my oil, rotated my tires, did 29-point check, told me what I needed to have done in the future (with no pressure), and were quick and responsive. What can I say but THANK YOU, DAVE COLWELL! THANK YOU CHAPMAN DODGE CHYRSLER JEEP!! I am very impressed. More

The customer service I received was the best I have had at a dealership ever! Rick was great and very curteous. I would recommend this service department to anyone with a Chrysler product. I would not hesitate to bring my Jeep or Sebring in for service needs due to the outstanding customer service I received, but unfortunately price is a factor in auto repairs and dealerships are known to overcharge.
