Honest and Understanding Recently with winter hitting hard I decided it was time to buy a 4 wheel drive SUV to drive in the winter instead of my rear wheel drive car. I sta Recently with winter hitting hard I decided it was time to buy a 4 wheel drive SUV to drive in the winter instead of my rear wheel drive car. I started my search at Chapman and was greeted by Tony. I explained my current needs and what had brought me to Chapman. Tony listened and respected this would be a second vehicle, he only showed me used cars like I had ask. After spending close to an hour looking at the used inventory a Ford Expedition became the front runner. Tony was helpful in getting all the specs I was interested in knowing. When I left Tony knew I was headed home to do some internet research and price shop. It turns out I found a similar Expedition with less miles in the same price range. I called Tony the following day to explain what I found and tell him I would not be buying the vehicle at Chapman. Tony could not have been anymore understanding which led me to write this review. Even though I didn't buy my Expedition through Chapman I will be taking it there for service and repairs all based on the customer service I received when shopping. Ultimately, Tony helped me decide on my Expedition so he deserves the credit. When it is time to vehicle shop again I will be going to Chapman first! More
