Everything went smoothly.. The repair job looked like new. I was rear ended while stopped at a red light. The repair took about 4 days longer than estimated.. It was explained to me that one of the parts ne I was rear ended while stopped at a red light. The repair took about 4 days longer than estimated.. It was explained to me that one of the parts needed come in damaged and another part had to be ordered.. After the explaination I was okay with the delay. They people that I interacted with at Chapman were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend to others. The last three cars we bought were from Chapman Ford of Lancaster. Ken More

"The Works" performed Great service as always. Only comment is more employees need to wear a mask or at least wear one properly. Jack & Tori had theirs on, but on the showr Great service as always.
