AWFUL Worse service ever. Started out dealing with Beth. She said she had to reboot her computer and would call me right back. 1 hour later I called her. I Worse service ever. She then said she had to print something out. She said she couldnt get it to print so she would have another service person do it. Put me on hold. 10 minutes later I hung up and called back. She came back on the phone and started telling me they were no recalls and I told her that was not what I was calling about. She hung up on me. Called back and she said we got disconnected. I ask to speak to the service manager and was transferred and it rang without going to voicemail like it should. Hung up called back and was told it was transferred to wrong extension and the manager was in a meeting. By this time I was on the phone for a good hour and half trying to figure out if I should drive my vehicle into service or would I do damage to transmission. I called back and told them I was driving the car there. Got to dealership service and was ask for service manager. After ignoring me for about 10 minutes he finally acknowledge me. I told him what I went thru and that the service sucked and he said he could recommend another dealership. Didnt care a bit. He only did something when he overheard me talking to my husband about someone he knows had the owners info then he decided to be helpful. They gave me a loaner car plus had Kyle help me as a service advisor which he was the best. Promise me my car by Tuesday and was able to pick it up on Monday. Do not use Beth or even try to deal with the Service Manager. We are looking to purchase a new Truck but will not get it from Chapmans. I will have to use them because my vehicle has a life time warranty on the engine if I use Chapman ford until I buy a new one and it wont be Chapman. They do not know what customer service is in the service department More
