Told me something which is not true. Their so called 27 year transmission tech guy told me my Transmission was bad and need to replace it. Well your technicians need to make sure they CHECK their records before they tell a customer they need an alignment. I had my inspection done and in February I was there due to an issue & I had my alignmen records before they tell a customer they need an alignment.
