I wish I remembered her name, the service manager I worked with was very warm and welcoming. She even helped me use my Ford points, which I was very grateful for. It’s been several years since I’ve been to Chapman's Ford dealer for service because I moved out of the city. But I recently had service done, and as always, no issues. It felt good to go back and see famili dealer for service because I moved out of the city. But I recently had service done, and as always, no issues. It felt good to go back and see familiar faces. They have serviced all my Fords since 04, 3 Explorers, and now my Escape. They are but a few minutes from my job. So I drop it off and pick t up after work. Thank you, and keep up the great work.
